Any order placed after 10:00am EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is excluded to shipping destination outside the US, Hawaii, and Alaska. All packages ship from our Waterbury, CT shipping facility. Our Free Shipping option will be sent UPS GROUND. Some destinations are 5 business days away, please be sure you understand the implications before choosing this option. Also Note: UPS only delivers Monday - Friday.

Processing Time:
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. We do not ship on legal holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. If your order is placed after 10:00 on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.

UPS Mail Times:
The UPS ground shipping map can be referenced in order to determine how many days (estimated) it will take after shipment for your package to arrive. This map will help you make the right shipping choice for your individual circumstances.

Time Sensitive Shipments:
If you have a time sensitive shipment, you must select a premium upgrade.
Our premium upgrades include:
2nd Day Air - Arrive in 2 days
3 Day Select - Arrive in 3 days
Next Day Air Saver - Arrive by 4:30pm next day
Next Day Air - Arrive by 12:00pm next day

Incorrect Addresses: cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to products on shipments left outside with customer's authorization.

Please allow 1 full business day for processing & handling. If your order does not arrive on time, we may grant a refund of shipping cost and will evaluate each situation on a case by case basis.

We apologize but at this time we are not able to ship outside of the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to guarantee that our products will arrive in a timely manner, and in the best condition possible when shipping to these addresses. As we strive to accommodate all customers please inquire about your special shipping requests.

Insulated Coolers: offers items that are well packaged and stored at ideal temperatures which allow us to ship all of our items with confidence. Although some foods such as chocolates can melt in transit during the summer months, we advise you to order accordingly. When ordering items such as chocolates, meats, and cheeses during the warmer months, we recommend that upon opening you refrigerate the item for 12-16 hours in order to let the product regain consistency.

Disclaimer: All items in our meats & cheeses categories are accompanied into your shopping cart with an insulated cooler. By removing the cooler you are agreeing to take full responsibility for any temperature caused spoiling of these perishable products.

Summer Shipping:
During the summer months, we encourage all customers on the West Coast to upgrade to a 2 day or overnight ship to avoid any issues with spoilage or warm products. If customer chooses Ground shipping, you assume all responsibility of perishable products.  If you are shipping salami on a 5 day ship, expect to refrigerate it for 14-16 hours once received.

Multiple Shipping Locations:
